Fraud, tracing, and a written path back.

A demonstration for people and businesses whose money or digital assets have been taken, frozen, or moved on. The work runs from the first assessment to a settlement or a documented return.

  • Investment fraud
  • Digital asset tracing
  • Notices to banks and exchanges
  • Settlement and return

The record comes before a claim.

A lawsuit is not the first move. The useful work is the chronology, the payments, and the institution that can still be written to. The review is confidential and does not oblige you to continue.

Vendor exposure review

Here's Meridian Data Centers' critical vendor list. Have any appeared on ransomware leak sites in the last 90 days without disclosing it?

Findings so far

The facilities vendor, one of the three on the list, was listed on a ransomware leak site 41 days ago. The other two returned no matches.

The published data sample contains site access schedules and badge records that reference Meridian facilities. Leak sites sometimes repost old data, but these files are from the last two months.

A search of regulatory filings, news coverage, and the vendor's website found no breach notification.

This looks like an undisclosed breach that puts Meridian sites at risk. Next step: confirm with the vendor and review its staff's site access. Inference

How it works

Three stages. A paper at the end of each.

You can stop after any stage and keep what was written.

Assessment

We read the chronology, the contracts, and the movement of funds, then say whether a claim is viable, against whom, and at what likely cost.

You receive a written merits assessment and, where urgency requires it, preservation notices to the institutions involved.

Build and notify

We map the transactions and pack the evidence, then send formal notices to the exchanges, banks, and processors that touched the funds.

You receive an evidence bundle fit for a court or a regulator, and a record of every notice served.

Resolve

Where the papers support it, we negotiate. Where they do not, we prepare a regulator complaint or civil proceedings with local counsel.

You receive settlement terms or issued proceedings, and a documented path for any money that comes back.

Request a review

Bring the facts. The first paper says if there is a case.

The useful first step is the chronology, the evidence, and which institutions can still be written to. The review is confidential and does not oblige you to continue. If the facts do not support a claim, the paper says no.

What to have ready

  • Dates and amounts
  • How the contact began
  • Wallet addresses, bank references, or exchange account details
  • Correspondence you still have
  • Any deadline, freeze, or notice already in motion

Incomplete is fine. Do not wait until every document is in one place. Recall windows and freezing options narrow as funds move.
